Delaney Commons Construction

So what exactly is being built across the street from Al Coith Park?

Across the street from Al Coith Park, Delaney Commons is taking shape. The site was purchased by its current owner in 2013 and the plans for Delaney Commons were reviewed by the City’s Municipal Planning Board (MPB) in 2014.

Featuring historic colonial style architecture, the site will be used to house medical offices.
