In the Spring of each year, Downtown South holds its annual membership social as a way to show our immense appreciation for the dedication and volunteerism of our business and residential members. The Annual Spring Social gives members the opportunity to celebrate their successes, network and enjoy the company of neighbors and friends in a relaxed, enjoyable setting.
The 2015 Spring Social will feature shuffle boarding, music, food, a caricature artist, wine and beer! Downtown South will also host the annual silent auction that features nearly $10,000 worth of fantastic gift baskets and individual items that attendees can bid on throughout the evening.

We will also feature a special raffle for members who bring a non-member guest to the event. Members who bring guests will receive a raffle ticket for each person they bring who joins Downtown South at the event and will automatically be entered to win Orlando Brewing’s “Basket of Cheer” featuring a Private Tasting and Tour for six (6) at Orlando Brewing, an official Orlando Brewing Pint Glass & Oktoberfest Mug, coasters, stickers, Orlando Brewing T-shirt and 1-lb of Orlando Brewing Organic Coffee for your morning after the tour!!!
